Seafood Boil Ramen with Shrimp, Lobster & Sausage ππ¦
π Ingredients
For the Seafood & Sausage
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 oz lobster meat, cooked and chopped
1 lb spicy Italian sausage, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
For the Broth
4 cups seafood or chicken broth
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
Β½ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
For the Ramen
2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
Garnish (Optional)
Chopped green onions
Fresh parsley
Lemon wedges
Red pepper flakes
π©βπ³ How to Make Seafood Boil Ramen
Step 1: Cook the Sausage
Heat olive oil in a large pot or deep skillet over medium heat.
Add sausage slices and cook for 4β5 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
Step 2: Build the Broth
In the same pot, add butter and garlic. SautΓ© for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in broth and stir in Old Bay, smoked paprika, cayenne, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Bring to a gentle simmer.
Step 3: Cook the Ramen
Add ramen noodles to the simmering broth and cook according to package instructions (2β3 minutes).
Step 4: Add the Seafood
Add shrimp to the pot and cook for 2β3 minutes until pink and opaque.
Gently stir in the lobster meat and cooked sausage. Simmer for 1β2 minutes until everything is heated through.
Step 5: Serve
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Ladle ramen into bowls, making sure each serving gets plenty of seafood and sausage. Garnish as desired.
