🍔🧄🧀 Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs
🛒 Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
1 can refrigerated biscuit or pizza dough
3 tbsp butter, melted
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp minced garlic or garlic powder
Optional garnish: chopped parsley
👩🍳 Instructions
Prepare the beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain excess fat and let cool slightly.
Assemble the bombs
Roll out biscuit or pizza dough and cut into squares.
Place a spoonful of cooked beef and shredded cheese in the center.
Fold and pinch edges to seal completely.
Make garlic parmesan topping
Mix melted butter, Parmesan, and garlic. Brush generously over each sealed bomb.
Bake
Place bombs on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake at 375°F / 190°C for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve
Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley if desired, and enjoy warm.
