Butter, melted 4 tablespoons
Garlic, minced 3 cloves
Fresh parsley, chopped 1 tablespoon
For the Cheesesteak Filling

Thinly sliced beef 1 lb (450g)
Bell peppers, sliced (mixed colors) 1 cup
Onions, sliced 1 cup
Provolone cheese, shredded 2 cups
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Salt & pepper To taste
Optional: Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Bread
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice the top of the loaf lengthwise and hollow out some of the inside to create space for the filling.
Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley.
Brush the entire inside of the loaf with the garlic butter mixture.
Step 2: Cook the Cheesesteak Filling
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add sliced onions and peppers; sauté until soft (about 5–7 minutes).
Add the beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce if using.
Remove from heat.
Step 3: Assemble
Spoon the cooked cheesesteak mixture into the hollowed bread loaf.
